Due to the governors latest directives regarding Covid-19 we will need to observe social distancing at this event to prevent spread therefore we ask members to adhere to the following guidelines, and you may notice the following changes:

**ALL ENTRIES NEED TO BE COMPLETED ONLINE PRIOR TO THIS EVENT!!**

1. There will be no access to large bleachers, we ask that groups of the same household maintain 6 feet of distance from other groups while spectating the event.
2. Please remain within your pitted area and group when not on the track or spectating at the track, close contact between different household members will be prohibited.
3. Please have only 1 designated person IF NEEDED at the gate with you, this is primarily for small riders who need assistance at the gate.
4. 6 feet spacing needs to be observed at bathrooms, the shack, concessions etc.
5. Avoid large groups of people in confined areas
6. You will be provided a brief screening upon entry to the event, if you have recently felt ill, are feeling ill or have had any recent exposure please plan to stay home!!! If you develop symptoms of illness while at an event we will ask that you return home. If you are spectating and are at risk, we ask you to consider staying home.
7. Due to the 250 person limit, we ask that additional spectators and family members please try not to attend the race, this will ensure that we have enough numbers available for participants!
8. Avoid gathering in groups of more that 25 people
9. Masks should be worn if there are larger groups of people in an area.

We want to thank everyone for their cooperation, I know things will look different this year but your help in compliance will help us be able to continue to hold events this summer!
