Here are a few calls the Snoqualmie Fire Department responded to last week.

EMTs responded to assist an allergic individual who was stung by a bee and did not have an epi-pen. 

Firefighters were called to the Snoqualmie Police Station to evaluate an individual who had been arrested for suspected DUI and was having trouble breathing. 

EMTs were called to a residence to assist an individual with a documented respiratory disorder whose breathing machine was not working. The patient was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. 

Crews were called to Snoqualmie Falls Park to assist an individual who fell and possibly suffered a broken nose. The patient was taken to a nearby hospital. 

EMTs were called to assist an individual who fell off their bicycle while trail riding, possibly dislocating their knee. The patient was transported to a hospital. 

Crews were called to a reported brush fire near downtown North Bend. Multiple callers reported two trees on fire on Orchard Drive. The fire was extinguished. 

Crews were called to assist a Covid-positive individual who was experiencing dizziness. 

Crews responded to the I-90/SR 18 interchange for a single motorcycle accident where the driver lost control on the onramp, and the motorcycle slid out from under. The individual suffered possible shoulder and leg injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. 

EMTs responded to assist an individual experiencing confusion and unsteadiness. The patient was taken to a nearby hospital. 

EMTs responded to the scene of a one-vehicle collision involving a driver who suffered an apparent heart attack. The vehicle went into a roadside ditch. CPR was initiated. The patient was taken to a hospital for treatment.

EMTs were called to the Dirty Harry Trailhead to assist a hiker who suffered a broken ankle. The patient was taken to a nearby hospital. 

Crews responded to the Snoqualmie River near Sandy Cove Park for a swift water rescue of three individuals on a paddle board stuck in a tree root ball 20 feet from shore. All three were rescued and uninjured. 

Firefighters responded to a serious fire in North Bend that destroyed the home. The fire was extinguished within approximately four hours. The home’s occupant and dog were not injured.
