Product Description
 

     The Proximity sensor is a kind of position switch that can be operated without direct mechanical contact with moving parts. When the object is close to the sensing surface of the switch to the action distance, it does not need mechanical contact and exert any pressure to make the switch act, which will drive the DC electric apparatus or provide control instructions to the computer (plc) device.
    The proximity sensor is a switch type sensor (i.e. non-contact switch), which has the characteristics of travel switch, microswitch and sensing performance at the same time, reliable operation, stable performance, fast frequency response, long application life, strong anti-interference ability, and has the characteristics of waterproof, shockproof, corrosion-resistant. The products are inductive proximity sensor, capacitive proximity sensor, Hall sensor, AC and DC type and magnetic switch.
   The proximity sensor, also known as non-contact proximity switch, is an ideal electronic switching sensor. When the metal detector is close to the sensing area of the switch, the switch will be able to send out electrical instructions without contact, pressure and spark, and accurately respond to the position and travel of the moving mechanism. It is widely used in machine tools, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile and printing industries. The Inductive proximity Sensor working principle:
Working Principle

The Inductive proximity sensors consist of three main parts: an oscillator, a switching circuit and an amplified output circuit. The oscillator generates an alternating magnetic field. When the metal target is close to this magnetic field and reaches the induction distance, eddy currents are generated in the metal target, resulting in oscillation attenuation and even stopping. The oscillation of the oscillator and the change of the stopping of the vibration are processed by the post amplification circuit and converted into a switching signal, which triggers the driving control device, thus achieving the purpose of non-contact detection.
